This experience includes industrial buildings and warehouses, office buildings, retail buildings and centers, apartment buildings, mixed-use buildings, commercial and industrial condominiums, development sites, and land. His clients are primarily local and regional based businesses but he has represented national companies as well.

Steve also has nearly fifteen years of professional commercial real estate evaluation experience and several clients that utilize his service. His evaluation expertise is a byproduct of his extensive commercial appraisal background.
